The company is committed to get parents highly qualified teachers but we do not guarantee that teacher would improve the results of the student. In no case, The Company will be responsible for the poor academic results of the students.

Key abide-by rules for Parents/Students:

• Notice: Parents/Students agree to give company at least one month’s written notice of his/her intent to terminate tutoring.
• Solicitation: You agree that you will not solicit any TUTOR of company to perform the same or similar services outside of company.
• Presence: An adult (Parents/Guardian) should always be present for tutoring sessions if the student is under the age of eighteen (18).

Payments

The company reserves the right to manage the payment of all tutors. Rates are fixed and strictly non-negotiable. Tutors are strictly banned to collect payments from the parents/ students. If you decide to make a payment to the tutor directly, you and only you would be responsible for any sort losses.

For Tutors

• Tutor should carry the DAILYLOG SHEET everyday and get the client signature without fail.
• Salary will be provided only at the proof of the DAILYLOG SHEET.
• Tutor will not create competition for NT in any way including providing tuitions personally or through other persons to NT's clients independently.
• Tutors are requested to submit the attendance card latest by 5th of every month for processing payments.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of this website is at your sole risk. The website is offered on an "As is" and "As available" basis. NT Educare expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

NT Educare's entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, in law, in equity, or otherwise, with respect to the website content shall not exceed the amount of money Student paid to the company for services rendered.
